Ownership, confidentiality & IP
- You own all custom deliverables we create for your project (briefs, playbooks, checklists, dashboards, etc.).
- We retain non-project-specific templates and methods (so we can keep improving the craft).
- Confidentiality is standard; NDAs welcome. We anonymize work examples by default.
- Data handling follows your policies or a mutually agreed plan (e.g., secure transfer, retention windows).
Timelines & getting started
Typical flow
- Intro (free, ~20 min): quick fit and goals.
- Baseline meet (30–45 min): map constraints, define the smallest useful next step.
- Scope & proposal: options with timelines and artifacts; you choose.
- Sprint: short cycles → concrete outputs.
- Hand-off: you keep the tools; we document how to maintain them.
How to prepare
- Share any context you already have (goals, spreadsheets, forms, policies).
- Name your constraints (time, staffing, approvals, tech).
- Pick one decision that would make everything else easier—we’ll start there.
